Kultura buntu - The Culture of Rebellion

 

Premiere concerts and shows. Host shows of well-know titles. Exhibitions and plays in many locations in Łódź. Old Town Square filled with a mix of sounds of music and a remarkable artistic installation. This year the Festival includes over 40 events, which have a common motto: The Culture of Rebellion (Kultura buntu) understood as an exceptional cultural potential resulting from the position of questioning the imposed world order. Half a century after the 1968 revolution we will go back to the times, when music, cinema and even the class-code-breaking clothes were an international language of protest.
